I was 58 and a bit when I died.

I was living in a hell hole of a place where the landlord acted like they were doing me a big favour by letting me live when no one else would have me. I lived in an institution most of my life before this but that was before the powers that be decided these places should be run 'like a business.' I was not very profitable as ‘a business.’

I got sick and confused when I was still a child and I never really developed into a real adult after that. Oh I tried, but people saw me as 'different' and they treated me different too. I could never object to anything I was told I had to be, or do, or say; I could never question anything anyone else said...not because I did not want to, or did not think of a reason to do so, but because they all told me I could not and that I had to listen to them as I had no insight into my own illness. I think I accepted that because I was so young when they started telling me that, that I didn't have any good arguments to give anyone, as I had never learned anything. Maybe if I had been older when it first happened I could have got better but I don't think anyone would even have noticed if I did anyway. My world was about following orders which is how they defined when I was 'good.'

I realized this only after I was dead.

There is nothing like dying to clear all the cobwebs and programming out of your head. I kind of think when the brain dies and the constant influence and other control is gone, the soul lives. You might say we “die and learn” ha ha. If I was alive and said that, there would probably be an intervention called as it would be heard in psychiatric terms. Or someone would ‘correct’ my metaphor for me.

Psychiatrists have lousy senses of humour.

I think that is because they live in their own imaginary little world. I used to ask this woman here who is channelling me if she wanted to be my girlfriend. That sounds childlike to me now but I was always so happy when anyone was really nice to me.

I had a lousy life on earth. I can say that now because no team of ACT workers will come after me, but had I said that then, I would have been 'corrected' for it and likely told I should be grateful for having such a great family. I think I was driven into a psychosis the first time when I was about 5 or 6 years old. I didn't really know what it was then, just that it was really scary and I never slept. Both my parents were alcoholics. They really scared me a lot. I was not allowed to talk about it. They told me that what went on inside those four walls STAYED inside those four walls. I never knew the difference between what was private and what was secret. I don’t think I knew there WAS a difference.

Anyway, as I said, with death comes a certain clarity of spirit. I am now a part of the living collective consciousness and the other spirits in here with me, both the living and the dead, are teaching me many things. One of the things I learned was how absolutely blind to reality most of the 'normal' really are. A female spirit told me that. I was talking about my struggle to stop getting picked on and she told me that most of the people who abuse us don't know, that we know, what they are doing! I thought that was just plain crazy. How could they not know we know? She said it was because THEY thought of us as if we were a different species and so they treated us as if that were true. When she said this, something started to click in me and for the first time I started to be able to figure out a few things I could make no sense of at all before. I remember feeling really upset about an incident on a bus.

Not long before this incident, I had been inside the hospital for another round of help in the endless lifetime series of it. I told one of my nurses that some of the bus drivers were really mean to me and I wanted them to stop, so she told me what I should do to be nice to them. She assured me that if I was nice to them, that they would be nice to me. I believed her and so I listened carefully to everything she told me so that I could change the situation. So I tried to be nice when I got on the bus.

I even remember saying once, Good morning Mr. Bus driver...It sure is a nice day today isn't it?

He just looked at me and didn't say anything. Of course now that I am no longer on earth, I know that this sounds so stilted and strange coming from a man in his fifties. But that you see is how psychiatric hospital staff talked to me, and that is what THEY defined for me as 'normal' behaviour. Of course, this did not work for a number of reasons which I understand NOW, but did not understand then. This is institutional type behaviour created under years, sometimes decades of invalidating and suppressing 'treatment.' It is like Stockholm Syndrome which happens when a captive must please his captors so that nothing worse will happen to him, and that is the mentality I learned, and what I was trained to live with. But there is nothing 'normal' about it. It is actually bizarre for a grown man to be expected to relate like that and to be told this is ‘good’ and proper.

One of my friends at the psych hospital used to say that you could not identify the 'inmates' in there apart from some of the staff without a program! That is true outside the institutions too. The belief that it is all nicely and neatly divided into sane and insane, normal and abnormal is nonsense. Yet we are told we must accept the nonsense as reality if we want to be left alone and avoid getting an even BIGGER dose of awareness reduction medication.

Anyway, shortly after my “good morning Mr. Bus driver” day, I got on another bus to go home after day of being mocked in public places; like a restaurant and at the mall. It had been a particularly horrible day, so I tried to act real nice to the bus driver who did not say a word back to me but then, he started talking about me like I was not there and two male morons on the bus with him joined in. One of them was sitting right in front of me on the seat which was sideways to me and the other was sitting directly across the aisle from me and staring into my face with an amused look on his face. Then the other one joined in by saying to the bus driver, Did you not want to say something nice to this guy Mr. Bus Driver?...The bus driver looked in the mirror at me and laughed. The other two joined in as he said to them, He won’t notice, he is just in a kind of fight with himself and has no idea what is going on anyway. The really sad part is that it is the guy sitting behind him that is winning the fight!” Then all three of them l just guffawed with laugher since there was no one else on the bus.

I just felt sick, and I decided to say something this time, kind of turned my head away because I already knew the kind of answer I would get would be to correct me. So I asked them, “Why are you doing this to me? I didn’t do anything to you.”

They all looked at me kind of grinning together and obviously really enjoying themselves and one of the morons asked the driver, Who is he talking to now?” The driver said, “He is talking to the people inside him who are annoying him...” Then they all laughed some more oblivious to my distress.

I used to believe when I was alive that they did that just to hurt me. But you know what? A lady spirit told me that they did not KNOW I was talking to them.

I didn’t believe her at first. I said to her voice, “how could they not know that?” I was sitting right there talking to them?” She said, it was because THEY were deluding themselves that you could not see, hear or understand them. That is how they give themselves permission to behave so badly and then deny it is abuse. But you were right Frankie. That was abuse and they should have been ashamed of themselves. Those of us left on earth are going to have to tell them every single detail of what they do and about what we know so we can bring them all out of the group delusion they are in and into the reality of the experience from the point of view of people like you and many, many others..

Then she said, So you see Frankie, that idea we all tend to have that we have to do something to try to save the world may not be so far off as the “normal” people like to think it is. It is just that none of us can bear that burden alone, it's too heavy, so we all have to work together to push back the force that is trying to overpower us. Together we can accomplish what none of us can do alone. Maybe it means we are ALL the spirit of Jesus and a lot of other saints and saviours together. That is, after all, what the baptism and the taking of communion is supposed to be all about isn’t it? It is supposed to represent being One in spirit. I always found it strange that Christian mental illness workers could never understand that at all. It is kind of funny really.

Anyway, after the lady spirit told me that, I started to feel a whole lot better and I think that when I am all healed from this, the kingdom of heaven is where we go after we let go of all the nonsense we were dragging around in the previous life.

I am free to say that right out loud, now that I am dead and no longer an offence to others. There is no psychiatrist or ACT team going to come to get me for my expression of ‘religiosity’ now.

I am finally free to be truly ME.

A Cry For Help

Once upon a time there was a shipwrecked woman who was cast away on a tiny deserted island all alone and, needing to get off the island before she starved to death, or went completely mad, she decided to use whatever tools were available to send a distress message in the hope that someone, somewhere, would see it and end her isolation. So she picked up all the stones she could find and wrote out her message in the sand on the beach as clearly as she could. The stones read:

H.E.L.P.

She waited for what seemed a very long time but eventually a group of academics, on a pharmaceutical company sponsored luxury vacation, flew in their chartered jet right over the island and sure enough, one of the highly conscious psychiatrists on board spotted the crude sign in stones on the beach. Quickly he called to his highly educated colleagues to come look, and fascinated, as this bunch often was by normal things that were not part of their own sheltered existence and inexperience, they all leaned out to look. Then they had the pilot, hired just for them, circle the island, over and over again, so they could examine the situation better to see if they could figure out what the sign in rocks might mean. What a challenge to their intellectual skills! Just the thing to get this convention on disease invention off to a good start by practising interpretive thought!

They assumed the objective observer stance. Some of them began to rub their beards. Some folded their arms. Some of them grunted a bit. Some said, hmmmmm....very interesting, (not unlike Siegfried on Get Smart!)

It is more than just a stance though. It is a state of mind not too different from the one astrologers use when interpreting the star charts and then putting the findings into mysterious abstract words that those not trained in such high minded things would not really be able to fully understand. They were all healers...saviours really and the whole world needed them to help everyone understand the true meaning of life. So they got right down to deciphering the rocks below them.

What do you think it means? asked one never accepting anything at face value. Well it appears to be an acronym of some sort, offered another. What might those letters stand for?

Well whoever put them there obviously does not understand that if urgency is to be conveyed an exclamation point is clearly called for.

Do you think this is a sign of urgency or just attention seeking behaviours.

I think it indicates some sort of panic attack...you know I have been getting some very good results in treating that with horse tranquilizer. It seems to calm them down and perk them up at the same time.

You don't say? Well isn't that interesting.

Do any of you see anyone down there?

(they circled again and one of them caught sight of the woman.)

Why she is not even bothering to wave. And look at the expression on her face..fly in closer Frank... there. Clearly melancholic. Obviously bad brain chemistry as she does not seem able to appreciate her lovely surroundings at all; palm trees, a nice sandy beach, birds singing ...clearly clinical depression there.

Do we have any samples with us? We could thrown them down to her. Her message is very boring isn't it? Obviously this woman has no personality at all and not an original thought.

Well to be fair, there seems to be a stones shortage down there.[1]

Well, even so could she not have come up with something better than that?

Oh it is likely just one of those personality disorders and part of being melodramatic over nothing. You know them, they are always making a big deal out of nothing...oh look she just flopped down on the sand there.

Well don't watch her...we don't want to encourage her in these acting out behaviours. She'll never give it up if we do.

You're right of course. Tell the pilot to drop the packet of anti depressants down to the beach there and maybe she will make the decision to help herself. That is the problem with women like her. They just don't want to ask for help. They are all afraid that that there will be some stigma and that we won't understand.

They are just going to have to find the courage to make the decision to face reality and ask for the help they need.

Maybe when she wakes up from her nap on the beach there she will make the decision to accept the help we have left down there with her. For now though Frank, let's move on and get to that convention. It's the luau tonight! No point in trying to make sense of this. Who can understand the mind of one who is lost in her own little world?

The plane then stopped circling and flew off into the sunset toward the resort where all were gathered together to try to make life better for those poor souls who just did not understand what was going on all around them.

The Power to Silence the Voices

The power to silence the psychiatrized who dare to speak out against the system which has total control over them comes WITH the psychiatric labelled that is used to define us as inherently “defective” and therefore in NEED of psychiatric control. This is the nature of a system that feeds itself. It is structured that way intentionally and the reason it is structured that way is because the majority of those working in it are true believers in the medical model of “disease” process. Without that belief they could not justify what they do or justify the system so they HAVE to hold onto it if they are going to be able to continue to avoid any “admissions” that may jeopardize it. Otherwise they would have to admit this is not working and start over which could lead to “litigation.”

Those of us trapped in it are going to have to forgive this system if, or when, it admits the truth or else we are not going to be able to change this as it will close ranks and self protect.

This is the classic double bind and the classic response to it from both sides of the same error.

Those yet to be labelled, and that is coming sooner than you might think as this mess, aimed at increasing power and control over the 'defective' of your choice, is growing worse all the time, have no idea how much courage it takes for labelled people to speak out in opposition to the system that has this kind of power over them. The REAL miracle is that there are not a whole lot more of those “random” shootings. That though, is a testament, much of the time, to the endurance and monumental self restraint of those who are defined in such totally invalidating ways. It is the few who sink to the same level as their abusers and not the many.

The truly scary part is that most of those working within the system remain unaware of the trap the system has created and which it enthusiastically maintains. I think that is because those who get “good results” from the use of behaviourist tactics and forced drugging or e.c.t are those who OBSERVE the rats caught in the maze, in a haze, as opposed to being the “subjects” who are trapped in that maze and drugged into the haze for their awareness of the maze. It IS all a matter of perspective isn't it?

Do you know WHY you can't fix the results of the dysfunctional group “game”? It's because you can't admit there IS a “game” and that you are involved in

“playing” it. It is politics and appearances that are your top priority- NOT reality at all.

Now switch positions again with me and tell me- if you were me; what do you see, hear, think and feel about the position you are trapped within? Is your feeling one of gratitude toward those blameless “others” for all their “help”? Or not?

Who's “Nice' and Who is “Not Nice”

This is of course also a matter of perspective and personal experience.

If you are someone who joins others in mocking, ridiculing and making contemptuous remarks, you may well be perceived by them as nice, social and “fun.” Yet, if you are the other BEING targeted for mocking, ridiculing, contempt and “fun,” you may not see the one leading it and those who “socialize” together in this way as quite so nice or all that much “fun.'

In the experience of many targets of contempt and abuse, those entertaining themselves by doing it are rarely bright enough to make the connection between their own behaviour and the REACTIONS they get from those they perceive as their “inferiors.”

The most common “inappropriate affect” which rarely gets “diagnosed” by anyone, is laughter. This is the laughter and smiles on the faces of the bullies, gossips, mockers, and contemptuous ridiculers who target those “inferiors” and then justify it by deluding themselves that it's OK since their “inferiors” aren't REALLY going to understand the amused participants and the voyeurs anyway. This is the self serving self justifying tautology of all bullies and idiots.

Realistic Expectations

Now that I know I suffer from unrealistic expectations, if I think that anyone who has done me harm, whether intentional or not, is going to admit to anything, I know I am an idiot. I have a new goal to aim for in my quest to be mentally healthy and normal just like my evaluators.

From now on, no matter how wrong I am about anything, even if there is concrete evidence of it staring me in the face, I will never admit to anything and I will always say that those who complain about it to me, or anyone else, are just seeking attention/fame, have perception problems and are just too sensitive.

There. Now I am just like those who teach me by their example and you know what “they” say...they say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so I am going to be as sincere as they are at all times. Exactly as sincere as they are. You can't get more normal than that!

Note to the psychiatrized:

I you REALLY want to keep psychiatrists from helping you against your will, the BEST way to do that is to become one of them. They like to close ranks and protect those who are one of “us” and not one of “them.”

The Old 180 Trick

As they allegedly say in est: “We do it because it works.'

As Harry Rosenberg has allegedly stated,

“We don't know why it works but it does.”

Well Harry, I suspect that even if you don't know WHY it works, I think your brother Jack knows why...”

You see, all of my assessors and evaluators, “out there in the world of reality,” most of whom are “strangers” to me, the primary trick in being like the dysfunctional “normal” is the use of the 180 “switch.”

Concrete example from my own “case”:

I claim that people like bus drivers and library employees are talking about me; some knowing who they are talking abut and some of them not knowing.

Psychiatrists claim that would not be reasonable for a group of people like this to behave that way.

Nexus point: Psychiatrists and I agree at this point.

Splitting point: Psychiatrists then move to the next “logical” step...therefore since it would not be reasonable for a large group to behave this way, it must not be happening or have happened. So an alternate explanation is needed to explain away the perceptions and reactions of the one who claims it did. Bingo! “brain disease” causing him/her to believe it is happening when “really”, it isn't.

They do this because the alternative would be to accept what I said at face value and know that large groups of people DO, in fact, behave this way and that I am the one in touch with this reality while the group members are in denial and living in the fantasy world.

But WHY would they do that?

First because they like to feel “superior” to inferiors and in the second place because when they get caught acting out in an abusive manner they want to conceal the truth to save themselves any negative consequences. So their victim is kept in place as their scapegoat, treated as expendable or as a “sacrifice” to the “god” of dysfunction and then attacked further for “complaining” about the abuse which all others just KNOW does not really exist and the victim is only SAYING it did to “seek attention/fame which is a feature of his/her “mental illness” and should be ignored.

The abuser is the enabled and the victim “disabled.” the abuser often then smiles. The smile is “interpreted” by the deceived group as being pleasant to the victim despite the false accusations. They smile is known to the victim to be a smile of satisfaction about obtaining and keeping power and control and the abuser knows the victim knows it. They both know that no one other than the pair of them actually understand what is going on and why. So the abuser 'wins” because the rest of the group look for reason or “logic” in the abuser where there never was any and conversely see the irrationality/ insanity in the victim instead.

It is the Starting Point that is “Switched”

Because the starting point is switched so is the end point. It all comes out reversed. This is what you “fail to see that is right in front of you.” It is the false premise. This is not sanity; it is the opposite.

The premise is that of a reality reversal and the subsequent split premise that is necessary to attempt to “make sense” of that reversal. That reversal is either:

A. that we all “choose” to be victims or we could not be victims

and/or

B. choosing the opposite by learning how to be really good at excusing ourselves for being aggressors, and getting away with it.

It is about responsibility at that nexus of meaning. To get out of that insanity it means seeing that the “reality” that works for everyone is the opposite of the one presented in est. That is

A. Choosing to STOP accepting responsibility for being targeted as victims.

and/or

B. Choosing to accept responsibility for choosing aggression and victimizing others by blaming the victims you choose for what you do TO them.

Concrete Example of Differences in Level of Consciousness

When I ask, “Why are you doing this to me?”, I am not asking my psychological abuser “Why are you saying the same (mocking or sarcastic or contemptuous) thing over and over again?

(To get a distress reaction from me)

I am asking her or him, “Why are you trying to GET a distress reaction from me BY saying the same thing over and over again? (mocking, contemptuous etc.)

Again, this is an example of how the same WORDS can have completely different meaning depending upon context, and the levels of consciousness in which different people operate. I can also tell you that this splitting of reality itself is very, very common.

More on O.O.S. and the Effect on Reality

As you know, O.O.S. stands for the dis-ease I have discovered which I have named Objective Observer Syndrome.

Do you know why Objective Observers cannot really see, hear or understand what is actually going on in concrete reality? It is because they think of themselves as objective observers.

Being an objective observer means one gives oneself a god-like status perceiving reality from a position OUTSIDE of the event. In actuality, the sufferers of O.O.S. are subjective participants lacking self awareness and with that information missing they come to conclusions which are grossly flawed. The lack of self awareness goes WITH a lack of awareness of the reality of the “other,” for the “other,” who is operating in what he or she believes is a relationship of equals, can make no sense of the thinking and behaviour of the ones convinced they are “objective observers.”

While the delusional “objective observers” do NOT see themselves, or others, as they actually are, the subjective participants DO see themselves and the other as they actually are, but as they are presumed to be “inferior” in understanding and/or worth, are pressured by the group to deny it all, which then leads them also into the objective observers delusional state as a co-dependent relationship. That state could be defined as an agreement that, the Objective Observers KNOW what they are doing. But to the Objects of Observation they are doing it deliberately with intent to do harm for the obvious “fun” they are getting from doing so.

This is the psychology of the mutually delusional REVERSAL and the psycho-spiritual enmeshment of the relationships.

Concrete example: Two Objective Observers working for the library stand seven feet away and discuss me with each other like I am not really there:

One says: “Apparently she thinks people are talking about her all the time.”

Other: Why do “they” think that?

Subjective response from me: “Are you two 'people'”? Do you see and hear yourselves right then, as you are discussing me, and what I “think”... objectively speaking?

I “think” you are talking about me BECAUSE you are talking about me. That means that I am in touch with reality.

On the other hand, you think you are NOT among the people, who are many, and who are talking about me, as you people are splitting and projecting your OWN lack of awareness onto me, which makes YOU the ones who are NOT in touch with reality.

THAT is what the delusional reversal of the Objective Observers is all about.

It's not rocket science. It is simply the failure to include YOURSELVES in the transaction between human beings. That comes from the need to be “superior” so that you won't have to be “inferior.” Relating as equal humans is outside the parameters of your belief system and THAT IS the problem.

Is This YOUR “Normal”?

To many, being “normal” means getting together with others like them, telling stories, mocking, ridiculing, and showing contempt for others who are not members of their group

BECAUSE

those “others” are not getting together with them to tell stories, to mock, to ridicule and to show contempt for those others outside their group...

to infinite splitting and projection.

Why?

It makes the “normal” FEEL better about themselves since they can agree; “at least “we” are not like those “others.”

The Cure for Dysfunctional “Normal”

Stop comparing yourself to those “others” to see where you stand and compare yourself, and how you are doing today, to how you were doing yesterday. Life is about self actualization and not about a contest “against” others which you must “win” by defeating “them.” You are confusing a hockey game with self actualization. They don't compare.

The Question:

One of my contacts asked me “if there is no 'them and us' why do we also talk about 'them' when describing what happened to us? Even 'we' do that.”

My own answer remains that “them and us” is an illusion. Yet it is a damned good, firmly entrenched illusion which is SO good it has become a group delusion. The definition of 'delusion” is a fixed false belief. At one time “everybody” just knew that the sun revolved around the earth. That was the consensus reality.

I do not believe that delusional states are abnormal or even unusual in our evolving state of mind. In fact, I think they are pretty much par for the course at this particular time. In the days of the revolving sun belief,”everybody” knew that was reality just like “everybody” knows that “them and us” is reality now. Those who believed otherwise were in a minority of “weirdos” who were perceived as a very real threat to the consensus reality of the time. Many were attacked tortured and murdered for it. Yet the truth is, and always was, that the earth revolves around the sun- the exact opposite of the previously accepted group consensus.

Now, as then, people are being attacked by groups for speaking the truth. Not a lot has changed. This is the group dynamic of sacrifice and it is a very old psycho-spiritual problem. We create the “them and us” mentality by living life as if it were a power struggle that some must 'win” at the expense of others. This is limbic brain stuff, regressive and out of our past impulses based on emotion and the fear of death. We do not want to cease to exist yet we are drawn in the direction of our collective fears and often create exactly the kind of situations that we fear as if needing to prove to ourselves how brave we are. If we were not afraid there would be no need for bravery.

I believe we debate our way to consciousness together. One of my psychiatric team members and I talked about that once. Yet I feel I must point out something to all of you. If some of us are not “allowed” to debate the status quo and the “authorities” in charge of defining reality FOR us, won't relate as equals, how will any, and all of us, ever make it all the way to collective consciousness? Maybe you experts don't want to try for it, or believe in it, but many of “us weirdos” do, and we don't want your fear of this current state being “all there is” to stop the attempt to reach for more, just so some of you don't have to admit you are ever wrong about anything.

Who are the Monophrenics?

...“Weirdos” such as myself who say what they mean, and mean what they say, but who cannot be heard or understood by the dysfunctional Splitters who pretend they are one thing, while being the opposite, and consider themselves to be “hidden” in plain sight from Monophrenics, whom the splitters perceive as “less than.”

The Monophrenics are perceived as “less than” so that the neurotically enmeshed, who believe life generally is a contest AGAINST others, which they must “win” can maintain the delusion of being “more than” as the means of making themselves FEEL better. This psycho-spiritual “solution” is also a form of addiction. Dysfunctional families and other groups become addicted to this way of being and do not question it because there is a pay off in it for the majority of group members: cathartic release of suppressed emotion and a means of externalizing their own psycho-spiritual problems in a socially sanctioned way. This must always be done in relationship to an “other.” The Splitters also get something else; a sense of “belonging” to a group, a kind of pseudo bonding that ensures that for as long as they are a part of the group that targets someone OUTSIDE the group, none of the group members themselves will become the target. It is a kind of psycho spiritual protection racket; go along with my attack on others and I won' attack YOU for failing to do so. This form of anti-socializing is seen by the group members as “socializing” and that too reinforces the group as a closed system which is “superior” to those outside it. Group members who don't actively participate in the abuse of the target remain members in good standing as long as they also don't speak out against the group behaviour, or do anything to try to stop it. If they do, they TOO can become the outsider.

Splitters tend to get together in groups in order to reinforce the delusional state in each other. The Splitters then treat the Monophrenics “as if” the Splitters delusions about them were “reality.” To maintain their delusion, and their defence of it, the Splitters then deny their own splitting and project it onto the Monophrenics who are often then the ones labelled “schizophrenic” or sometimes “personality disorders” for seeing what the Splitters don't want to have seen in themselves.

Monophrenics frequently cannot make any sense of this behaviour, either by individuals or groups, since they do not think in terms of being in a contest or of being one thing, while claiming to be the opposite; so the thinking style is foreign and completely puzzling to the Monophrenic who can make no sense of the behaviour of the Splitters. This “inability” to “make sense of the senseless” which the true Splitters believe THEY can do is very often defined as a “symptom” of mental illness in the Monophrenic. Very, very rarely is it ever suspected that those who engage in Splitter bonding are actually the senseless ones as most of the time “'reality” is defined by group consensus as if it were determined by voting on it. This absurd notion that reality can be defined BY group consensus tends to dismiss, or block, any attempt to introduce any evidence to the contrary as groups of Splitters close ranks to defend the dysfunctional status quo and make sure that their primary goal remains intact: to keep right on thinking and behaving the same way and to make sure that no one among them ever gets blamed for anything. Any attempt to do so on the part of the Monophrenic is instantly switched around 180 degrees so that it is the Monophrenic, and ONLY the Monophrenic, who can be blamed and what the Monophrenic is being blamed FOR is “blaming others.” The “others” of course being the Splitters, who of course now MUST defend their splitting as this is the means of making themselves FEEL better, via group catharsis which can only work if their is an “outsider” or “weirdo” onto whom they can group project their own traits while remaining in complete denial about all of it.

The problem with the Monophrenics of course is that most of the time they just do not understand what is going on in the thinking and behaviour of the Splitters until it is too late. Also since the Monophrenic cannot reason with the Splitters nor just get them to leave the Monophrenic alone, most Monophrenics do not know what else to do to stop the group phenomenon. What the Monophrenics must do of course, is EXPOSE the groupthink and bizarre behaviour of the Splitters, in such pedantic detail, that even the most dull witted and resistant Splitter will not be able to deny the reality of themselves, or fool any of their buddies, or the voyeurs they involve with it, no matter how hard they try.

This is done by treating the Splitters in much the same way as one would any bully; by exposing the lunacy of the bullying as the means of making it not only useless but humiliating to the bully. Splitters, like Bullies, only stop when NOT stopping makes life more miserable for THEM than it does for their targets. Reason has nothing to do with this, so reason will not penetrate the lack of it which generates the phenomenon in the first place. Bullying and Splitter Group projection comes from emotion, is almost always very regressive and limbic brain stuff, is done for group catharsis, and the only thing that will stop that is shining a bright light on it so that what the splitters and bullies delude themselves is successfully HIDDEN will be seen for exactly what it is by everyone, everywhere.

It is the Monophrenics , currently considered to be “inferior,” who are going to have to let the Splitters know, in non-ambiguous terms, that they are not NOW, nor have they ever BEEN “hidden” from us. The only people they are “hiding” from are themselves.

In keeping with the Faith, let us sing a round, slightly modified, of that great old hymn shall we?

“Will that circle, ever get broken, by and by Doc, by and by.....”

Definition: A Nexus statement is a true statement on some LEVEL, with opposite meanings depending upon the premise to which it is attached. It is also about the position you are in when you hear it. The same words mean different things depending upon context, or Con-Text. See what I mean? They are statements with ambiguous meaning.

The Starting Point:
A False Premise- usually that the relationship between an original pair is presented to third parties by an aggressor with a hidden agenda of domination, as the opposite of the reality of the situation.

A group of the neurotically enmeshed, gets involved and supports the aggressor believing they are supporting the “falsely accused.” They then act out, treating the victim “as if” the victim was actually the aggressor, who is also seen as “crazy” or stupid.[1] Since the victim is just “crazy and/or stupid” the group members can act out their own abuse of the victim, in plain sight of the victim, certain that the crazy or stupid one won't really understand what they are doing or saying anyway.[2] No genuine direct communication occurs between the victim and the group members who see themselves as the superior minds.

The victim states to a psychiatrist who gets involved, that what is happening with a group's involvement, IS happening. The psychiatrist “knows” that it isn't happening as the victim perceives it, and often will point out to the victim the irrationality [3] of it; “Do you not see”, says the wise one, “people would have no reason to behave that way.”[4]

Now, let me quote myself again: “Stop there.”There is no “reason” in what these people are doing. It is emotion based and is reactive to a false stimulus.

Since the doctor needs to see the masses as “reasonable” the doctor then makes the identified patient's reality “disappear” by declaring the victim’s accurate (or mostly accurate) perception of it, and reactions to it, to be “unreasonable.”

The victim is now officially “crazy” and the group can remain deluded that their acting out in plain sight is still well “hidden” from an “inferior” human being. The victim is now locked in to his/her assigned role. With no way out and the group abuse tends to escalate, especially among those who believe that verbally (or even physically) abusing someone who “deserves it” is acceptable behaviour.

This paradoxical trap creates permanent scapegoats for the masses to use as socially sanctioned targets of group contempt and the payoff for doing so is an emotional group catharsis.
That, doctors, is the answer to your question, “but WHY would a group of people to this when it is not “reasonable?” REASON has nothing to do with it.

The scapegoats usually KNOW they are scapegoats being abused by others who are getting away with it by blaming their victim for “making” them do it. But since psychiatry, and society generally, rejects what the victims of this say, and replaces it with a definition of the victim as a talking “disease process,” usually said to be saying what they are, about all those blameless others “just to seek attention,” the victim also KNOWS there is no escape from the role. Stating the truth of the experience has been defined as symptoms “proving” how right the group is for believing what they do. This is backed up by psychiatrists who have made the DENIAL of the victim's reality official, correct and LEGAL. After all, it must be true if those who believe it wrote it down in a handbook [5] proving it to be true, right?

The victim, who only “thinks” s/he is a victim, is now totally controlled and the original aggressor with the hidden agenda of domination “wins” and remains concealed, and of course “mystified” by those “false” accusations.

And that folks is how aggression gets supported and enabled by the masses who do so because they just “KNOW” that people would have “no reason” to think and behave the way the “victim/stupid/crazy person “claims” they do.

Nexus statement: “there is no reason in what they do.”

But who exactly, are “they”?

Face reality. “Them and us” is an illusion; a long standing one for sure, but still an illusion.

Well, it's like being told that you must run a race as fast as you can in order to escape from the situation you're in and then, the one who tells you that nails the sole of one of your running shoes to the floor of his office. But you must not complain about this as it COULD be much worse. S/he might have nailed your foot to the floor instead. We must “always be positive” and look on the bright side. That is how the psychiatrist will know we are improving.

Now the psychiatrists, and all those who have accepted my definition in psychiatric terms can get a good laugh out of this description as some will interpret what I said in the expected psychiatric terms: “did you read that? Ha! She actually believes she is in some kind of a race doesn't she? These whack jobs...God only knows what they are thinking and where they get their weird ideas.”

How true. God does know.

Modern Day “Thud” Experiment

If you psychiatrists put yourself in the role of the “schizophrenic” by assuming the label as your identity and then just being your “normal” self as part of a society that accepts your label as valid and as a “disease,” you might just reach the point[1] at which you recognize that your experiences of external reality and other people are PRECISELY what is being defined FOR you as “symptoms” of schizophrenia. You might also recognize that if enough pressure was applied, for long enough, by enough people, who were invalidating your concrete experience so that psychosis was the result[2] you might then also realize that your breakdown was being defined as a “psychotic episode” inside the parameters of a “disease process,” also defined as having nothing at all to do with external reality or other people.

You might then realize at this nexus of meaning, that your are actually trapped inside the tautology of your own labelling and controlling system and that is IS a closed system, from which there is no escape possible, until, or unless, you can manage to convince those who have you trapped that they are the ones who don't understand it, and that you, who are being defined by them as insane, or a mental defective, do understand it better than they do as the “experts” who hold you in their total power and control.

Keep in mind now that your “belief” that it is even possible for you to understand something that they don't, is ALSO already written in the big book of insanity (DSM) as one of your “symptoms” proving how right they are to see you as they do.

So tell me, what would YOU say or do, to change the position into which you have been forced as inherently “defective?” Got any ideas on how you might ever become seen or heard again as the person you actually are, and know yourself to be, even though no one else accepts it?

What feelings, I mean, “inappropriate affects”, do you think you might experience associated with being forced into such a position as this?

As a construct, do you think you might just perceive it as a 'circle” or perhaps as a “maze” out of which you can find no escape route?

Team Players
Being a “team player” does not always represent being “normal, superior or good” if the team you are on is the Team from Hell. “Reality” is not an abstraction in absolute terms. If you get shot in the chest in an alley one night, changing your “perception” of that event, or “deciding” that you don't have to “choose to be a victim” will not seal up that hole in your heart, no matter how committed you are to the idiotic idea you currently embrace that, “there is no reality; only perception.” Perhaps if you were less committed and got committed, your perceptions of our collective, shared reality would change significantly.

One day, Co-Magnon appears on earth. Neanderthal, sensing intuitively that Cro is not like Neanderthal decides that Cro must be some sort of defective Neanderthal. So to save the world from this genetic defective, who might turn out to be a danger to self or others, Neanderthal hunts him down, with the aid of a hysterical mob of other “normal” Neanderthals', drags him to a prison (with nice sheets and Shepard's pie for lunch) and locks him up for life.

When Cro asks Neanderthal and the rest of his family, WHY are you doing this to me?... Neanderthal looks at the bemused others helping him and explains, “there is no point in talking to him about the danger he is causing us all by by being a genetic defective as this one has no insight into his own condition. You just can't talk to a genetic defective. At least we did something to prevent any possibility of this one harming others.

Let us thank God that we who have to hunt down others and lock them up for life, so that they won't decide to do anything wrong in the future, are not defective like THEM.

Bullying: A Form of Self Delusion

This is another form of self delusion which is based on a tautological argument we COULD call “anti-logic” which is designed BY the bully to justify him/herself and the bullying. In other words, the premise of the bully's warped thinking and behaviour, and the goal of bully rest on the same point, or false premise. To the bully, the beginning and the end are the same thing. This is the nature of his/her self delusion. In short, bullies are delusional but don't know it.

Their victims often form co-dependent relationships with them, often out of necessity, then try to get the bully to “see” him/herself using “reason” and equality of relating which, of course, doesn't work. It doesn't work because “reason” has nothing whatsoever to do with what it is that is motivating the bully to think and behave the way s/he does.

Groupthink as a Closed System

This group phenomenon, which frequently results from an unseen or unacknowledged, bullying starting point, is a serious form of entrapment and it exists in families, school groups, gangs and workplaces as well as in the definitions of “illness” in psychiatry itself.

It creates a closed dysfunctional system that feeds itself with its warped view of life and relationship as defined like this:

superior/inferior

aggressor/victim

them/us

sane/insane

powerful/powerless

which are presented as the ONLY options for functioning within it, with nothing OUTSIDE the system. But that's a lie. That lie is also built INTO the system in order to keep it closed. The result (“effect”) is that you get many highly educated people telling you that to expect honesty, integrity and REAL resolution from those who consider themselves to be your “superiors” is to have “unrealistic expectations.”

No one even HEARS that as a problem in thinking.

Psychiatry Stuck in its Own O.O.S.

What is OOS you ask, or WOULD ask if you knew what a two way DIAlogue actually was between the psychiatrists and the psychiatrized....

Well, OOS is a very serious condition which affects psychiatrists who buy everything they get sold in their own training and it stands for Objective Observer Syndrome. T his is a very serious contagious syndrome that causes the sufferer to perceive him or herself as APART from the relationship WITH the identified patient and as a kind of invisible onlooker rather than a participant in the psycho-social transaction that is taking place. The result of this perception problem is that the psychiatrist cannot really HEAR what the identified patient is saying because the I.P. is talking in terms of relationship with the psychiatrist and others but the psychiatrist sees and hears the IP as a self contained “disease process” without connection to external reality, or life events or other people INCLUDING the psychiatrist who is OOSing all over the patient.

The result is we get this as seen below;

Now the IP in this case is expressing his feelings and frustrations with psychiatrists by using stills from the Movie “The Matrix”[1] to make his point. (Take the blue pill. An actual commercial by Big Pharma has instructed the TV viewers to whom they are marketing their products directly to “ask your doctor for the purple pill.”)

Now psychiatrists like Joel Gold, suffering from OOS won't get the connection between what they DO and what it is like to be on the receiving end of what they do. The reason they can't see the connection is BECAUSE they have OOS Syndrome but believe they do not have a problem.[2]

So Joel Gold and all those well trained like him, hear the metaphor used to describe the appalling relationship with psychiatry and it's constant invalidation of the I P's reality to being trapped in the Matrix, which is a movie about those in power, with total control who are creating and defining reality itself, for everyone else, and fighting very hard against all those who try to tell them so by proclaiming the comparison to be yet another new “disease” which those with all the power will also now control BY invalidating the metaphor as “madness.” This is the circle of insanity, the infinite loop of a closed system that feeds itself.

New Disease Prediction for Joel Gold, M.D. in Montreal

Inception (Syndrome)

The more powerful the issue, the more powerful the catharsis. “The projections” are closing in fast...

(in the “reality” of the group altered state)

from the Movie Inception

Joel will think that his unwilling patients actually believe they are in the movie “Inception” because some of them will say, I feel like I am trapped in the lower levels of the movie Inception with no way out.

Joel will of course take that literally even though at other times when the patients are ACTUALLY being literal, he will NOT take what they say “at face value.” Why?

Because this is another movie which those in THIS age group and time period will use as a metaphor for their experiences with psychiatrists and others.

In it is the usual pattern of group relationship and the feeling as the identified patient that one is inside a construct being passed off as reality and not in reality at all. It is part of the surreal experience with others who cannot see themselves as a major part of the problem.

Overall, the theme, the meaning and the metaphysics of “Inception” could be stated something like this:

An agent (CIA?) who works with a team, has as a goal of recreating “reality” as a controlled dream state which the subject targeted must be convinced to accept as real. To do this, the agent uses a small amount of plausible concrete detail to seed the 'truth' as a baseline of this alternate reality, and then allows, and expects, the “subject” to fill in the rest of the concrete details out of his or her own subjectively projected material coming from his or her own unconscious.

Those creating the “inception” must be very careful though not to project too much of their own subconscious material into the construct, as if they do, their mission to control the subject's perception of reality and extract the information they want from the 'subject” (stealing thoughts) could fail. That is because the Inception won't then be accepted by the subject if there is too much information projected into it from outside his or her own consciousness. It would then be recognized as false or unbelievable and will ruin the group mission.

The aim is to create and control the “subject's” perception of reality so that he will co-operate (comply?) with the agent's hidden agenda. In reality the participants are ALL unconscious and operating together inside a false construct which appears to be 'real” but which is in fact, a fantasy world.

Now in the movie, the first person the covert operator/agent experimented on was his own wife, who never came out of the alternate reality and fully accepted the “switch” of realities.

She then explained to her husband the “covert operator/agent” that she knew that they were both inside a dream and that the only way to get “back” to “reality” was to die out of the dream and wake up again in the real world.

The government agent, her husband, could not convince her that the reality she was in right then was in fact, the real one. He had done too good a job of creating the alternate construct for her.

So she jumped off a high building, certain that doing so was the only way out and the only way to get back to real life.

After that, every construct used in the Inception programme to extract information from others included the agent's dead wife as a part of his own subjective projection into the construct. He couldn't control it. He couldn't keep her out. His own guilt kept her inside the altered reality of his own construct with others. SHE had become one of the unwanted projections injected into every construct by his own unconscious mind.

Finally before he left the collective unconscious on his last mission, he was able at last, to let her go. She finally died in there just as she had in real life.

Final Scene:

The agent returns to concrete reality at last where he is reunited with his father in law and his two lost children. It is finally over and he is now free to move on with his life.

Reality: The reality he is in now, which he believes is the real one, is a subjective projection which he does not recognize as such. He got lost in his own inception and because he did, he did not really make it back from his last mission. His last mission really was his last mission. He died there.

Inception Syndrome

This is the kind of movie or book etc. that many of the psychiatrized will relate to personally and it is because the CONSTRUCT in it, on a metaphysical level, the theme, the group dynamic MIRRORS the reality they are experiencing with psychiatry and others as the “subject.” Just like in “Gaslight” (previous generation) Logan's Run or “the Matrix” or “Groundhog Day” or the “Truman Show” or books like Brave New World, 1984, or Catch 22 etc.

The reason that people in psychiatric institutions or crazy situations will connect to this KIND of movie or book is because it defines their own experience on a conceptual level. It is not the details that matter. It's the concepts behind the details.

If the patients already understand what happened to them it will be a metaphor. If the patients are really in an altered state of consciousness, they will feel a very strong draw to such a movie, as if it was a “message” meant just for them personally, which, on a certain level of understanding, it IS.

The strong sub conscious draw to it is because of the conceptual information in it which can provide them with the missing information needed to make sense of their own, very similar, metaphysical experience in external reality...the one being DENIED by virtually everyone around them.

These are metaphors for the reality of the experience with psychiatrists and many others, who delude themselves that THEY are “objective observers” of “subjects” who are having the nature of 'reality' defined FOR them by those “objective observers” who are, in fact, subjectively projecting their own construct of “reality” onto the subject who is made powerless to stop them or to get them to listen.

Doctors like Joel Gold see these metaphors for reality as new “diseases” because they do not see themselves as “interpreting” the patient's reality in ways that will make it “fit” into the psychiatrist's pre-fab construct of an alternate reality. So, instead of hearing what the trapped patients say AS reality based, they hear it as “delusional” making statements about it that SEEM rational to the psychiatrist. These will be ”interpretations” like:

“It must be awful to have a disease that makes you believe you are trapped inside a movie.”

In reality, what is truly awful is to be told that you ARE a disease, and that your reality makes no sense because no matter WHAT you say, or HOW you say it, the psychiatrist cannot really HEAR you. S/He can only hear his/her own “Inception” and s/h believes that s/he is in control of reality....and s/he has the concrete POWER, which is all too real, to control you, and to create and defined YOUR reality FOR you.

Your family and friends, (if you have any left still listening) will accept whatever s/he says without question because s/he is an “expert” in these things.

Your life, as you knew it before, is now over. However, for those of you experiencing this as the “subjects” and not the “objective observers” know this:

You are NOT alone.

They believe in nominating a group member to be the “one”with the problem and then they all project all their own errors ontothat one for no other reason than it is socially sanctioned to do soand it makes those doing the projecting feel better about themselvesby comparison. It is the comparison though that is the problem. Whatand who we need to compare ourselves to is ourselves. How am I doingtoday in my self actualization and personal growth process comparedto how I was doing yesterday?

There is a constant suggestion given bymany people, from many different points of view, both secular andpsycho spiritual, most of whom are well meaning and well intentionedwhen they make the suggestion. The suggestion is that we must allmake a choice between being for ourselves as individuals or livingfor the benefit of others or for the whole group. I don't accept thatthis needs to be a 'choice' of one OR the other. We must choose BOTHof those. That means that we must become unique and separateindividuals, AS WELL AS an equal part of the whole. “Equal” doesnot mean identical. In other words we must be completely separateand unique TOGETHER. Developing unique, self contained personal identities with good boundaries IS the principle which used as thepremise of all we do, connects us as ONE.

By changing the premise of thought youwill stop blaming victims for being victims, stop excusing aggressorsfor being aggressors and stop supporting and enabling thedysfunctional group members who are mostly unquestioning followerswho just go along with whatever everyone else is doing and thinkingat the time. If what the leaders are doing and thinking is based onthe above stated premise than even the unquestioning followers won'tget themselves or anyone else into a mess. CHANGE the false premiseand change the World.

We CAN 'blame others' when it isappropriate to do so, with words, not violence. We CAN blameourselves when we screw up and we CAN get over all this dysfunctionalcrap. We don't HAVE to feel hopeless and helpless because we DO havepower over our SELVES and ONLY over our SELVES and that is enough. Ifwe ALL use our power over our SELVES, we CAN as a GROUP, on acollective level, make real and everlasting PEACE happen.

There is something in this I want allyou self defined experts on life to think about. Visualize it. Whenyou change this premise, what you are actually changing is the shapeof life. You are shaping it differently by changing thepsycho-spiritual structure itself from that of a hierarchical pyramidof “power OVER” others as it is now, to that of a SPHERE ofinfluence and personal empowerment with the nucleus of stable valueand meaning for ALL at

it's centre. We must keep it simpleusing the principle, “we are one and we are many” as thefoundation stone upon which peace is built. There can be noimposition of wills, nor can abuse of others be sanctioned or ignoredbecause one cannot get another to accept a different point of view asvalid. We can neither impose upon, nor accept BEING imposed upon,without comment.

Concrete example of action as “one”:

The torture in any way, of anyone BYanyone for ANY “reason” must be universally condemned by allgroups inhuman behaviour and unacceptable for our planet.¹That is how we create an infinite loop of life instead of a loop ofdestruction.

We CAN change the world. BUT (andthat's my Big But!)

We are all going to have to grow uppsycho-spiritually to do it.

Look at yourselves. You are NOT a largegroup of “objective observers” and I am not an OBJECT. I AM APERSON. If you think that is “funny” that I have to tell you thatmaybe you should be asking yourselves why you don't already KNOWthat. What you are is a large group of arrogant, often abusive,subjectively projecting dysfunctional participants in a GROUPphenomenon of followers, being led by one person with a hidden agendaof domination.

Wake up to REALITY. You are “atcause” AND “at effect.” Now “DO something about It!

Mad Dogs and the Humane Society

A Little Parable

Agroup of buddies known as the Sphincter Crew decides to have them alittle 'fun' after spotting a stray dog walking along a path in thepark, minding its own business and smelling flowers.

TheSphincter crew chases the dog into an old abandoned building andbacks him into a corner. They then tease the dog for hours so theycan “get a reaction.” the whole time they are doing it of coursethey are laughing like this is the most 'fun' they have ever had andthere is much of that forced laughter routine going back and forth.You know the kind I mean...? That idiot bonding bit...hooo hooohooo.....These are the same types that laugh at beheadings and yelland mock the victims of lynchings and stonings. The good old boys.

Finallyafter much effort, the boys get them a good reaction. Since 'flight'has proved impossible, the dog begins to snarl viciously and bareshis fangs...he is getting ready to fight for his life.

Theleader of the Sphincters then whips out his cell phone^¹and calls the Humane society to report a dangerous animal is loose.When the control officer arrives, he see a dog snarling, baring histeeth and his hackles up. He thanks the leader of the sphincters forcalling it in as ''You never know what a mad dog might be going todo.”

Thecontrol officer then shoots the dog with a tranquilizer dart, hookshim around the neck with a choke chain on a long pole and drags himstruggling and whimpering to a cage and loads him into the transportso that he can be taken to a quiet room and watched for twenty fourhours. Sure enough, as soon as the tranquilizer started to wear off,the dog began to struggle to get free of the cage and snarled whenanyone went near him.

Sothey judged the dog to be an obvious danger to others and then thenext day including they killed him for the good of the community.

Theycalled the Sphincter leader and thanked him for his communityservice. He said he was just glad he could help. Then he and his twobuddies went out for the evening to see if they could find any swansor flamingos down by the river.

Whatis wrong with this story?

Letme give you a few hints. The Humane Society was treating effects, notcauses. They drugged reactionsand did not even glance at any stimuli nor consider that there may bea problem with the Sphincter Crew that the Humane Society did notunderstand. Instead, they enabled, supported and reinforced thebehaviour of the Crew, no questions asked.

Themoral of this little parable?

ALLliving beings who get backed into inescapable and intolerablepositions are left with no solution other than the fight or flightresponse. At times, both are used when the helpless and hopeless onedecides to take a member or two of the Sphincter Crew out with him.This does not have to happen.

Ifthe Humane Society did something about the Sphincter Crew BEFOREthey drive the dogs mad, all lives would be saved includingthe lives of the Crew members and none of them would be a 'danger tothemselves or others. '

Soam I advocating for the Humane Society to shoot tranquilizers dartsinto everyonebefore they try anything? On the contrary. I am suggesting you startpaying attention to the travelsof the Sphincter Crew as they chase the dogs, swans and flamingosinto abandoned buildings to have them a little “fun” at theexpense of those who doing nothing more than minding their ownbusiness while they took a walk to smell the flowers and ended up“mad” or dead for tryingto get outof inescapable situations.

1Which his mommy got him for his birthday in case the poor boy needs a ride home from downtown on Friday nights.

It is a Quantum Leap from Abstract Thought to Individual Experience

Abstractions cannot define concrete experience in absolute terms.

Theory and fact must fit together. You cannot force either one into the other.

As a good cop could tell you, evidence without context has no meaning.

It is also true that abstract concepts without evidence has no meaning either and perhaps psychiatrists need to hear this a lot more often.

This applies to all levels of proof of the meaning of anything. Concrete and abstract, left brain and right brain, must work together to really solve the mysteries of life in all disciplines.

Now given this as the starting point, let me give you a concrete example right out of my own life.

To make my point about some things I have to use these indirect methods as I am ‘not allowed’ to know what I know, without offending all the powers that be, who want so desperately to maintain the dysfunctional status quo. So I use various means to make my points known. One of the things I do these days while I ‘wait for Godot’ and the granting of ‘permission’ to speak openly, is use my apartment door as a means of abstract (so it might seem ) communication. It is indirect and non-offencive to anyone other than the ones who understand it. This is a good example of how people will either find meaning in what is said or else be unable to see any meaning at all. Here is an example of something which I just recently posted. It said:

“People who talk about other people are in turn, talked about BY other people for talking about other people. Of course, this is all done covertly so keep it a secret and don’t tell anyone.”

( this is about the fact that I have heard everything the talkers (Chronic Gossips) are talking about because the talkers never stop talking)

I used this as an example of how absurd it is to be gossiping all the time and think it is not known. As a result of this little framed abstract gem, one of the people to whom this most applies got quite put out about it. When passing my door which this person reads, the individual remarked to another one, “You can’t even walk down the hall without having to look at that!”

Now this person knows, that I know, they have all assessed and evaluated my worth amongst themselves and passed along all the ‘stories’ they have all had going for many years. They act this out in front of me everywhere I go but keep pretending to my face[1] they don’t know anything. So this too was acted out for me as usual.

Having gotten the response from the individual I then took that one down and replaced it with this:

“If there is something we don’t want to see we can avert our eyes; if only our ears would work the same way.”

(I am telling this person no one forces anyone to look but I wish I didn’t have to listen to all this crap all the time without being able to say anything about it to anyone and of course I can't as I have been forbidden to do so by those who deny the group behaviour exists and labelled me “mad” for believing that it does. . )

Later, another person walked down the hall and read this same abstract message but did not feel angry at all, just sort of puzzled by it. This one wondered what it meant. To that one it did not mean much of anything, since that person is not the one making all the nasty comments to which the messages apply.

Now if you read those messages without knowing what I know, and without knowing what the person they are a response to also knows, they may not make much sense to you if at all. BUT they DO make sense to the individual to whom I am responding and both of us know that even if no one else does.

So if you understand this, now you know that abstract ideas don’t mean much without context, because other people will just project into them whatever they mean, or don’t mean, to them. That is not real communication though. It is the absence of any real communication.

(The same is true of “evidence,” as evidence without abstract meaning or context, is very much the same. )

Abstractions, especially in absolute terms, are in fact, pretty useless as means of any real collective communication. Yet they can be very clear to anyone who understands them within the CONTEXT of the individuals’ personal reality.

The only way to really understand what someone really means about anything is to talk to them openly and directly. Nothing else works. If people don’t, or won’t do that, the ‘reality’ they think they understand may well be nothing more than their own fantasy; even if it is a collective fantasy. Preferring to live in a collective social fantasy may just be the most significant of the undiagnosed ‘mental illnesses’ there is.

The problem with psychiatry is it thinks and it acts in ways counter to investigative practises, in ways opposite to those of investigators.

Though police agencies may know that evidence without context (concrete and abstract) has no meaning, psychiatry believes context (as supplied by them) without any evidence at all is perfectly logical and such judgements by this means are all justifiable in their opinion.

It is like they are psychic wannabes and astrologers while simultaneously condemning such practises as nothing but superstitious nonsense.

The duality in their reasoning just stares us in the face as we sit looking at it from the receiving end.

Yet they, and most of the people convinced of their great expertise, see and hear nothing strange in what comes out of their own mouths as “logic”, or in any anything they do to impose power and control over others who are subjected to their judgements.

In fact, to preserve their duality intact, they then declare the perfectly obvious, which we see and hear, to be more delusions in US, which only goes to further 'prove' how right they are to think the way they do.

"There are none so blind as those who cannot see."

That is both abstract and concrete.

(Especially when what they cannot “see” is themselves)

Talking “at” My Psychiatrists

Captain Jack, gets to face down the executive of Phicor, which is a huge drug company with many hidden holding companies etc. Which is benefiting from the “Miracle Day” by mass producing pain killers for all those who “should” have died but who did not. This was planned BEFORE the “miracle” happened. Captain “Jack” accused the CEO of the drug company of being evil but that one pointed out to Jack that he had a very archaic idea of evil as it was something that had happened over a very long period of time involving many, many people, many hidden agendas and that this permeated the whole system with most of those participating in it unaware of each other and often unaware themselves of what they were actually participating in. It that it was not just one person he could 'find' and confront. So Jack responded, “so it is actually the whole system itself that is the problem..” which the CEO of the drug company confirmed.

Now this kind of statement above is the sort of thing that someone in altered states might see and hear as a “message” intended just for him or her. Instead of psychiatry mocking that, as you now like to do in your own quest for “meaninglessness” LISTEN to it.

If I had seen this at the time I was altered, and I did not already KNOW that the system itself is the problem, that may have been a piece of information that would have helped me solve my own personal problem in sorting out my concrete experience and the overwhelm of information from external sources that was not making any sense in relation to my reality... these are sort of AHA! Moments of altered states.

They are legitimate on their own level, partly concrete experience and partly symbolic or metaphorical information about the experience coming to us in dream (or more often nightmare) form, while our eyes are open. Watching you mock us and act amused does not “help” us at all and in fact, makes it all the more horrifying and surreal. You look to us like you are really ENJOYING our suffering. On a certain level most of you ARE enjoying it, but for MOST of you it is out of ignorance and arrogance rather than malice. Most of you believe your amusement is “hidden” from “us.”

Still if you need to believe there is no malice in this from anyone, you are kidding yourselves and you are the ones who are delusional and living in a fantasy world. The fact is, you are hiding the reality of yourselves FROM yourselves; not “us.” You then add more damage to us by DENYING your own group behaviour and declare “us” to be 'crazy” BECAUSE we “think” we see reality and you, as all of it obviously is. THAT is where the real evil comes into play; the denial that there is any event or group behaviour to perceive.

Most of you, in an effort to take care of your own interests don't even NOTICE that you instruct us, ever so condescendingly, as is your usual attitude, to “let it go” or accept that it is “all in the past” while also claiming that “nothing happened.” If “nothing happened”, what is “it” exactly of which I must be instructed to “let go” and how can something that never happened at all be identified and located ANYWHERE in space/time?

DUH! You see “we” hear what you do not allow YOURSELVES to hear.

So let's see if we can get you to get some of those “messages' off the TV or from God, or the universe, or wherever you need to get them which will cause you to wake the hell up to reality, shall we?

Give it the old high school try, you highly educated saviours[2] you.
