Psychiatric Riddle

Two psychiatrists got together to observe and assess a patient in the whacko ward and to discuss the best way to keep on top of the situation while keeping themselves and their institution looking good to those ‘outsiders.’
With this in mind then, they stood observing her, rubbing their chins, arms folded in the customary “observing the specimen" manner and one then asked the other,

How much does she know”?

The question in this riddle is:

What is wrong with the question asked by the psychiatrist?
Perhaps you could get a team together and look for the hidden meaning there. Remember though as always, to place a nice saucer of Haloperidol in the centre of the table before you begin.
(Who knows better than you what “looking for hidden meaning” really means!)
